Senior Structural Engineer — FSPV Systems
Design and validate structural frameworks for floating solar platforms. Conduct load analysis, fatigue assessments, and stability studies for large-scale FPV arrays on reservoirs and ponds.
- B.Tech / M.Tech in Civil or Structural Engineering
- 5+ years in structural design; floating structures experience preferred
- Proficiency in STAAD.Pro, ANSYS, or equivalent FEA tools
- Familiarity with IS codes, IEC standards for PV mounting systems
Project Manager — Floating Solar EPC
Own end-to-end delivery of FPV projects — from mobilisation and procurement through installation, commissioning, and handover. Manage multidisciplinary teams across engineering, civil, and electrical workstreams.
- B.Tech Engineering + PMP / Prince2 certification preferred
- 4–8 years in EPC project management, renewable energy sector
- Strong grip on MS Project, risk management, contract administration
- Willingness to travel to project sites across India
Electrical Design Engineer — Solar PV Systems
Design HT/LT electrical systems, single-line diagrams, cable sizing, and earthing layouts for grid-tied floating solar projects ranging from 2 MW to 140 MW.
- B.Tech Electrical Engineering
- 3–6 years in solar PV electrical design
- Experience with AutoCAD Electrical, PVsyst, and grid interconnection standards
- Knowledge of CEA regulations and IEC 62446 preferred
Business Development Manager — Renewable Energy
Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities across IPPs, state DISCOMs, PSUs, and industrial clients for floating solar EPC and component supply contracts.
- 5+ years in business development within renewable energy or infrastructure
- Established network with IPPs, government bodies, or large industrials
- Strong proposal writing, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
- Willingness to travel frequently across India
Manufacturing Operations Lead — Pontoon & Float Systems
Lead manufacturing operations for HDPE pontoons and ferrocement floats — from production planning and vendor management to quality control and on-time delivery for project sites.
- B.Tech Mechanical / Production or Diploma with strong field experience
- 6+ years in manufacturing operations; HDPE, plastics, or composites preferred
- Hands-on experience with QC systems, ISO processes, and vendor audits
- Ability to manage plant workforce and multi-shift production schedules
Site Commissioning Engineer — FPV Installations
Supervise on-water assembly and installation of FPV systems, coordinate electrical commissioning, and manage SCADA/inverter setup from pre-commissioning checks through final grid synchronisation.
- B.Tech Electrical or Civil Engineering
- 2–5 years site experience in solar PV commissioning
- Comfortable working at water-body project sites across India
- Knowledge of string testing, thermography, and commissioning reports
